We had some powerful and beautiful shape shifting occasions of embodied ceremony in the Stockholm Sisterhood Souldances 2018, and one this year on January 4th which also included Yin Yoga. SO…. this next semester is ALL ceremonial embodiment work!

I am deeply excited to always allowing Embodied Soul Dance to evolve and grow as an extension of the expanded realities of higher mind and healing that I myself unravel, activate and take on – love and light warrior style. ✨

– Därefter i en Embodied Soul Coaching övning för att identifiera egen längtan, drömmar & prayers
– Övergår i Soul Dance movement where we in pausing and dancing embody our future selves
