We had summer sunshine. Rain storm. Thunder. And the first frost morning this autumn.
We danced and travelled in Prana Flow yoga through Earth, Air, Fire, and Water.
We shared thoughts and motion, beauty and integrity.
We gathered in circles and we parted as tribe.
