EMBODYING THE HEART OF THE SOUL:
A soft, embracing, and deeply expanding evening. Half the practice is a relaxing Yin Yoga session, where we apply Chinese Medicine through resting into various poses that expand our fascia and allow the meridians to vitalize. The medicine of prana is generously dispersed throughout the body, to where its mostly needed and supporting us. The other half is a slow embodied yoga of breath and flow practice, where we breathe and move organically into a divine taste of embodiment of the heart of our soul.

EMBODYING THE ELEMENTAL FLOW:
A dynamic and invigorating workshop of embodied yoga of breath and flow movement. Embodiment, breath, and being are our pillars as we move through an exploration of the five elements of wind, fire, earth, water, and space. Connecting deeply to our roots and our infinite vastness. Mia is a certified Prana Vinyasa Flow® teacher, trained in Los Angeles by Shiva Rea.

DEEPENED EMBODIMENT:
A unique workshop in embodied yoga of breath and flow movement, and mindful integration of Consciousness. Through guided practice of breath, stillness, and conscious movement we calibrate our koshas (physical, mental, emotional, spiritual and divine bodies). This opens doors to access new realms of awareness of Consciousness, where we may dwell in the tru non-practice of Zen. This work is satsang in movement, and the exciting discovery of self actualization.

THE ZEN OF YIN:
A meditative, long Yin Yoga practice seasoned with captivating mindfulness. Readings of tantric and mindfulness verses, like Thich Nhat Hahn or the Radiance Sutras, accompany our journey deeper as Mia guides us into the relaxation of being. Through committed pausing in postures, we create space where we perhaps have been rigid, and unveil layers to more deeply letting go. Mia likes to say, that being still with ourselves is certainly advanced yoga, where – as contradictory as it may seem – no previous experience is needed.

EMBODIMENT OF THE CHAKRAS & ELEMENTS part 1 
An embracing, and deeply expanding yoga workshop on the art of embodiment, the chakras, and the elements. In part one, we inquire and practice. What is embodiment? How can we understand more about ourselves, and life around us, through embodiment? And what are the elements that we embody in our yoga practices, of movement, breath, strength and stillness?

We begin in a very juicy slow Prana Vinyasa Flow® practice, where we breathe and move organically into a divine taste of embodiment of the elements. The last part is a deep Yin Yoga session, where we apply Chinese Medicine through resting into various poses that expand our fascia and allow the meridians to vitalize. EMBODIMENT OF THE CHAKRAS & ELEMENTS  part 2 
Part two in this embracing, deeply expanding yoga workshop focuses on the chakras and our embodiment of them. How have the chakras formed in us? We take inventory of how vital and balanced (or not) they are in each of us. How can we know, and serve them better through yoga? When we study this energy medicine that yoga offers, we gain so much power over our physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual health and well-being.

MASTER CLASS/LECTURE ::

YOGA and MUSIC
– the art of enhancing the chakra and elemental yoga embodiment, experience, intention, medicine, vinyasa, and self deepening through mindfully composed playlists. This is a one of a kind workshop created by Mia Hozona. Based on her life long musical background intertwined with yoga consciousness of 25+ years, she takes us through the understanding of music in relationship to the koshas, the vayu’s, and the chakras. Music can deepen – or destroy – any yoga experience. When we as teachers put conscious time creating our class or self-practice practice playlists can become highly appreciated. In this workshop we’ll explore both rhythm and subtlety, and find quality inspiration for a deeper embodiment practice for yourself or your students. Recommended for teacher trainings.
