May 1st – be in Stockholm! There’s an all day all night DanceGathering taking place, that you DON’T want to miss.
My prana flow yogini sister Anna Gordh Humlesjö and I have the honor to offer a two hour PranaYogaDanceFlow opening workshop at this event. We are so excited, and grateful.
Yesterday we spend six hours in my turqoise studio home, floating in the creative unfoldment of our work.
In flow, waves, movement, conversation, bliss, reverence , play and love we PranaYogaDanceFlow’d our way through the day together. Drank Shakti nectar out of empty cups. And sipped many servings of tea.
