Merry Xmas, Africa.

Stockholm Prana Flow Yoga’s xmas contribution. : )

Aid for Project Air

I invited my Sunday class students to a free donation class yesterday.

I was hoping to raise $100 to Project Air – an astonishing yoga for aid organization that I think the world of, and aim to learn a lot from in the future – and place Stockholm Prana Flow Group on their global map of contributors.

Only three yogis showed up on this busy Sunday, but guess what? Them and myself, plus an abscent student/friend/contributor, together raised $120! SO HAPPY! I have the best yogis in the world! : )

Littlewing Studios will wire the money over before the holidays.
